To all of our patients, friends, and families,
The last several weeks have seen a dramatic change in our way of life, and some of those changes will become the “new” normal. Our entire society has received a crash course in cross contamination and the lingering effects will be with us for years to come.
As we look forward to the day we can return to our dental and aesthetic practice, your safety and health and that of our teams’ is our number one concern. Our office has always attempted to surpass CDC recommendations to protect our patients, team members, and the community. Strict infection control protocol has always been in place and will continue. In addition, our clinical team is receiving and will continue to receive additional training regarding current safety measures.
The personal protective equipment (PPE) we use is designed to protect you, our patient, from all contaminants and prevent any cross contamination. Our modern sterilization techniques and equipment are continually being monitored and maintained for effectiveness. Our patient scheduling is designed to provide ample time for our team to clean and disinfect treatment rooms to maintain a safe environment. We also will make every attempt to minimize social contact in our reception area.
Dental health is extremely important and effects your overall systemic health. We understand the concerns you will have when you once again begin scheduling your dental and aesthetic procedures, however, please know that your concerns are ours. As we protect you, we will also be protecting our team and their families. WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!
Please be patient and keep the faith. We must all think positively and remember that this terrible situation will come to an end and our resiliency as a community and as a nation will carry us into the future stronger and better prepared to handle any difficulties that we may face. Please remember to stay safe by staying home until circumstances change and practicing safe distancing whenever you venture outside.
If you should have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our office at any time.
We are part of your healthcare team and we will always continue to be available to help you in any way we can.
Dr. Freund
